Art
I am excited to start my third year of teaching art at the Butler! In our art studio, student artists practice the Studio Habits of Mind as they express themselves through their work. Prior to the Butler, I was a museum and art educator at the Smithsonian in Washington, D.C. and in museums, science centers, and community centers around my hometown, Baltimore MD. I make my own artwork outside of school, primarily bookmaking and embroidery. I love living in Lowell and exploring the local arts and cultural events our city is filled with!
